Sanguine, Sheogorath, and Peryite. Sanguine has an amusing quest and a strange sense of humor I appreciate. Sheogorath is a complete maniac, and who doesn't love one of those? Peryite is cool looking, beyond that I can't quite explain why I like him...

Well my favorite God in Oblivion is Sithis but he's not Daedric God... he's not really a God if you think about it... But I guess Nocturnal is my favorite.

Hircine is definately my favorite, and is why I've obsessively played Morrowind/Tribunal/Bloodmoon multiple times through. Sheogorath is second because he's awesome like that.

peryite is my favorite. don't know why he is called evil, he's quite nice in his quest isn't he?

Sheogorath is one of my favorites, awesome fun he is, Azura seems to me the classical godess of many good things, or at least, a good behaviour (remember the five candles for the five followers?), Malacath is an interesting one, the master of the refused, i am a refused too, so its easy to like it...
