Remliel Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 After installing Long War, I'm trying to edit the name generator for mission names after installing Long War, but the changes don't seem to take. According to what I've read, the file needed to be changed is %STEAM%\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XComGame\Localization\INT\XComStrategyGame.int There's a list of strings that can be altered in there to change the adjectives and nouns. I changed them, but the changes don't seem to take regardless of if I start a new game or not. I even used Resource Hacker to check the XComGame.exe file to see if they were baked into the EXE somehow but that didn't turn up anything. Does anyone have any advice on where I should look next or why it's not pulling from my lists? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
