Help Please? Randomly Cannot Activate Containers/NPCs

This is becoming a consistent issue.

This time it has happened in Breezehome. I cannot open a cupboard. This has happened to me--seemingly at random--in different places, some modded homes, and with a couple of different NPCs. I store things in a container, only to have it not work later and I basically lose everything I placed in it. It makes the clicking sound when I try to open it, but it doesn't work. As I still consider myself very new to modding, I have no idea what could be causing it. Is it something in my load order? I've been as careful as possible with it. I'd like to nip this in the butt, before I get to far in the game and end up unable to speak to anyone or open anything at all. Also, I'm not sure how to post my load order. If someone could clue me in, I'd be happy to do it. Thank you.
