I am fairly new to the whole mod era of gaming, I did not even know that moding to such an extent was posible until I came to this website. That being said, I was hoping that someone with a little more nowhow than me would look into creating an Iron Man suit.

it's a good question, why nobody did? ( except it's not lore friendly )
i could try, but i can't promise, the armor is very complexe.

I know there was one made for fallout 3. It was ok, it came with war machine too but something about it lacked detail.

Not exactly what you wanted, but the amazing masks revised mod hosted on this site does have the mask... Only applicable to the face though

Hey guys I'm back. I just went through the intire oblivion mod directory, and I found nothing! not even a reference! AUGH!! It Burns!! Tango 4 is down and needs backup!!

The Iron Man mask is in this mod:

The actual Iron Man armour mod mentioned is for Fallout 3:

You would need to ask for permission to convert it to Oblivion, and find someone willing to do it, and perhaps fix the overdone gloss effect on it as well.
