The Iron Man mask is in this mod:

The actual Iron Man armour mod mentioned is for Fallout 3:

You would need to ask for permission to convert it to Oblivion, and find someone willing to do it, and perhaps fix the overdone gloss effect on it as well.
to convert a mesh form fallout to oblivion is very hard, and need a good skill with a 3D program.

I think it would be awesome to create Iron Man armor, but with dwemer textures, like it was made by best dwemer scientists or something like that.

I am hobo man, get my food from a garbage can.
I eat moldy bread, I have lice within my head.
Nobody wants me, but I will work for food.
Saving up money, so I can go buy me some booze.
lol, Iron Man has got to be one of the easiest songs to parody.
I wonder if he hasn't answered cuz he can't speak English? I mean he IS Russian and mentions he doesn't know English so well... Does anyone know Russian?

Hey, I love this concept. Iron Man made by dwemer... awesome! Well I know that if you can't speak Russian, you can still use babblefish. They will translate it (the best that a computer can) into Rusky for you! I agree that the armor itself is a little cartoony looking, but maybe a retex will change that? The detail of the mesh itself looks good.

If somebody wants to create the armor from scratch, I have several reference pictures in my Photobucket Account.
Including this schematic:
Here is a small tutorial on modeling the Ironman helmet and they have a cool Augmented Reality video using the helmet too!
