MrSnipe1
I tried deactivating some of my mods through the Nexus Mod Manager, but I get an error each time telling me to add NMM and its folders to my antivirus' exception list. I've never had this problem before and only noticed it about a week and a half ago. I've put over 500 hours into Skyrim and have never had any issues activating or deactivating any mods. I even tried to add NMM and all of its files to my exception lists, but I still got the same error each time. I would appreciate any help I can get. This is the error:
VaKhajDar
Try going in your AV settings and letting him either make exeptions for the Skyrim folder or tell him to keep of the Skyrim and NMM folders... That's the first thing I do when installing a AV, I tell them not to touch any of my game folders...I've done this since some AV thought the game exe from Oblivion was a virus... It doesn't work. :(
MrSnipe1
Adding every NMM folder to my exception list does not seem to work. Edited August 30, 2014 by MrSnipe1
MrSnipe1
Issue resolved by running NMM as administrator. -_-
