Frame Rate Issue: Didn't Have A Problem Before; Poor FPS Now

I re-installed the game and mods. The only difference I can think of, is I am using Mod Organizer now and not Nexus Mod Manager. I don't have NMM installed anymore. I have the same mods as before, and the FPS was OK. Now it's bad. Here is what I have, and thanks for any help, in advance:

im having a similar issue. had to install enb boost to sort ctd etc, everything fine. go to bed, play the next day im getting long loading times and low fps, nothing i try works
