Ah....It could be this:

The latest version of JIP CCC has its own NVSE plugin.

I don't have the entire mod installed. Just the esp file. It's a bad habit of mine, because it's usally all I need to view the text in the GECK.

I'll install the whole mod and post back here. But I am fairly certain the errors are due to the lack of JIP CCC NVSE plugin.

aloot,

Make sure you have ccc_plugin.dll in \Data\NVSE\plugins.

Haha. :)

That's what it was. Like I said, it's a bad habit of mine.

Thanks guys for responding so quickly. Highly appreciated.

That sounds like a likely explanation. Haven't used it myself yet, so didn't know there was a plugin involved ;)

It really is a must-have mod. It has so many benefits aside from an alternate companion management system. I can't recommend it enough.

It looks incredible. Trouble is, I'm just not that big on having more than one companion at a time.

The game is easy enough for me going solo, companions make me feel OP.

But still, CCC is on my modding "to-do" list :)

There are still advantages to using Jazzi's system even if you only use one companion. His management system allows you to really take advantage of their abilities. be more precise in commands, and generally have an easier time doing everything.

Actually, I'd argue that the more companions you have the more cumbersome any management system gets.

Either way, I hear you on the overkill of companions. Too many really does break the game. For it does anyway.

I think I'm gonna get it set up next time I decide to sit down and play. Still early in my current playthrough.
