Actually, I just checked it myself. The grooves are definitely part of the model and it's pretty visible.

Alright, i looked at your picture and flattened out all the textures to the mask and i see a very minor dent. Luckily it's in a very fortuitous spot. That is right near where the eye and mask design would be and you'd never even notice it because the dent isn't deep.

Okay, i'll take a crack at it if you (or someone else) doesn't want to. That dent won't stop me even for a second.

You know, in all this i failed to tell you that your mask is much nicer looking than the black "thing" they called a mask lol. Sorta reminds me of slender man.
