Hi there!

At first: Please pardon my bad english.
wasn't good at school and after 15 years schools out, it won't be better :-)

i am looking/asking/begging since ages for someone who could make my presetwish come true.
my favourite movie is blade and with all the preset packs it isn't possible to make a face looking like wesley snipes.

is there someone who could help me??

I'll give it a shot. I'll make a new mod file called Requested Heads, or something similar. I can't promise an exact look since the toolset is limited, but I can get at least an inspired look. The biggest problem will be the hair, so what I can do is make it so that the hair will be adjustable if someone makes the hair style in the future. I use PineappleTree's Vibrant colors and Kzelsama's More Hairstyles mods, do you have those? Also, are you looking for a look like in Blade, or just a Wesley Snipes look from any of his movies? Also, I won't be able to match those particular tatoos from Blade, but I am guessing you are just wanting the general look, no?

i download this hairstyle mod if needed, no problem.
the pineaplletree's is already downloaded.

it should be looking like in the blade movies.
if the hairstyle isn't 1:1 would ne be a great problem, cause in the blade trilogie it changed a little bit.
the tattoo is a problem too, isn't it?

EDIT, Before I forget, you also just want a human version, elf, drwaf, or all three?

Yeah, I was suprised I could get the bone structure down so fast, and the nose was easier than I thought it would be.

About the hair, that is true about the texture. To get the exact hairstyle would probably take Blender to make which I suck at, but you might see if Kzelsama can make it for you, or one of the others that have made hair mods. The good thing about this face is that with the other mods installed you can add/adjust in the character creator.
