Ok, I'm at a loss of what to do. I'm using HGEC Eye candy and for some reason I can't seem to get the seam to go away. I have tried a few things that were on the fourms. Like Luchaire's HGEC Body Seam Reducer but when I use that I see absolutely no difference.
I am Using OBMM and used the HGEC omod conversion, and I'm only using two mod's right now so I have a nearly clean slate. The other mod is Moonshadow Elves.

If someone could give me some tips on what I may be doing wrong I would really appreciate it.

Sadly, Well have to put up with it till Luchaires HGEC mod is out (Its a changed HGEC body, THat eliminates seams)

With Ozmo's or other hi res textures for HGEC you should be able to remove the neckline easily as long as you use the matching face textures. But, if a custom race has textures that don't match perfectly...ie the face and body textures, it makes it very hard to get rid of the neckline, but not impossible.

Give this a try and see if it works for you. It should, as long as you click slowly to move the sliders instead of actually dragging them.

"When creating your character it is a good idea to Reset the face before making any adjustments, then move the complexion slider all the way from one side to the other and back to where you want it to be. This allows the game to get the correct texture. It works and also helps eliminate the neck seam. "
(I add this to my race mod readme's.)

EDIT: Sorry, I assumed you meant the neckline. But, with Luchaire's Body Seam Reducer and one of the hi res texture packs, you shouldn't see any other seams at all. I use Ozmo's and have no body seams.

Sorry for the late reply. Just got home from work. I tried the slowly moving the complexion slider but it still didn't make it slightly less noticeable. Maybe I installed moonshadow elves wrong??? I used the omod for it.

Or is my load order wrong?? I have HGEC before Moondshadow

I'm not using the Moon Shadow Elves so I can't say how easy or difficult it is to remove the neckline. HGEC doesn't have an esp, it's a meshes and texture mod only so should make no difference.

Sometimes the neckline is something we have to live with since if playing a vanilla character with no cosmetic additions, it's almost impossible to remove the neckline. It's a pity you can't actually see the neckline at character gen because of the high neck prison clothes.... Custom races and body replacers help immensely, but it's not always perfect.

You can also try using some of the jewelery made for this purpose. It's a good compromise and looks good as well.

DG Jewelery For All - works on HGEC despite some of the comments.

Luchaire's Neck Seam Concealer - not the same as the body seam reducer.

You know... You could just dress your character accordingly to hide the seams. Unless the clothing is nothing more than underwear... That won't conceal the neckseam.

Those 'awesome pics' are often edited with Photoshop or other image editor.

I am using HGEC as well and would like some help. I have played oblivion before, and I don't remember such a horribly drastic difference in the neckseam. I wanted to use this face, so I downloaded this mod. http://www.tesnexus....ile.php?id=4622

At first. I got the face right, and there were NO textures. The body was completely white. like a sheet. so I said CRAP. I downloaded the 4096X4096 textures for nec mystic elf. and now it looks like below. Its still pretty horrible. All the races look that bad, if not WORSE. I thought those textures (Nec Mystic elf) were made for that face? Did I miss a step there with the whole white texture thing?
