It doesn't work with me. I can change the shield texture but not the armor pieces. Any idea ?

What armor you are using? Is it Throne Defender Armor or something else?

Solved. It's simply because the texture doesn't change if i don't play with high textures res. Thanks anyway and nice work by the way :)
