Tried dying the new v3 of the gowns with the UDK, got some interesting results. The UDK just puts the color over the gown color so many combinations result in dull ugly brown colors but there are some very nice exceptions:

Royal Red in red looks very good.
Sage Fairy in green give more jade color or in white makes the green part more shiny.
Gold Luxury in white is very nice.
Crested Wave looks great dyed green or blue or purple or red or black.
Moolight however dyed looks the same.

I have screenshots if you want me to post them.

Also I had the gowns in override when got to Ostagar, and Wynne's green mage robe, the white parts and her hands were dyed like the dark skin color. Also a couple of the leather armors, namely the ash warrior leader, were very shiny. I took the file out and back to normal. Put the file back in and it didn't change back. I have the mod that enhances the mage robes, embroidery and such. Just to let you know.

About your file : there a lot of EMPTY folder. you forgot to delete 'em.
