auto-uninstall mods after download folder delete

Hey guys, I got a slight problem with skyrim mods

I deleted the download folder of nexus mod manager, to save space

Now when I start the nexus mod manager, it tells me the files were deleted without being deactivated

So it's uninstalling every single mod I have

Any way to go around this? or to get a list of the mods I had?

Edit: BOSS and LOOT allowed me to check the last report, so atleast I get a nearly complete list of all the mods I had.

I Had the same problem then I used mod Organizer instead of nexus mod manager.

You can know which mods you had by going into the "Data" folder looking for ESP files mostly.

 

And by the way. I think your mods were not really deleted. go to the skyrim launcher and check "data files".

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately they were all uninsulated, guess I'll have to re download everything
