ACAkutare
I'm going to ask the big question. Is your copy of Skyrim legit? Try validating your game cache files from the properties menu.If your copy is not legal/legit, NMM has issues with pirated versions. If it is legal, then this is what I see.Try running it as Administrator (right-click NMM, choose "Run as Administrator", and confirm when it pops up). Your Skyrim installation directory doesn't quite make sense, as Steam downloads and installs games to (Installation Drive, either C: or D: usually):\Program Files (or Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim). Try rescanning for the game executable, and possibly post a screenshot as to where it says it's located, that could help.

bben46
The Skyrim install path is fine - and very close to what I use ( I just use E:\Games\Steam instead) - This has nothing to do with NMM working. My NMM is installed to E:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager - it works fine there DO NOT install it in the steam folder or Skyrim folder as it is NOT a steam program and is not a part of the game. First be sure you have the latest version of NMM - http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/modmanager/?Be sure you are running NMM with Admin privileges ( NOT the same as being the admin ) http://s1.zetaboards.com/bbenlibrary/topic/4912979/1/Your system specs are better than mine - also using Win7 x64 pro - and NMM takes just a few seconds to startHave you looked at the tutorial on how to install? www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClqtmSUsFhg i get these NO Confimation always than it continues i rename for example an order and agin it takes yearI have no clue what you are saying here. :psyduck: What are you renaming? And why? And what is "no confirmination"?
