hey community i install Nexus mod manager installation worked but i have problem that NMM is is permanently lagging doesn't answer

just an example if i create a new order to organize mod mods rename an order or just start NMM it takes years .

i think it must be a problem with my computer cause NMM is working well on my other computer . i already tryed diffrent versions it still the same .

i don't know really how to fix it

PC is new and system is new installed (win 7)

i installed SKSE before NMM and no mods are actually installed

Is it by any chance installed on an external hard drive?

What directory are you using for NMM?

What are your system specs?

skyrim is installed on D:/Games/steam/steamapp/common/skyrim

Nexus is installed on the standard parth C:/Programms .... i already try it on the same like skyrim D:/Progamms/NMM

i tryed to install the dirctory in the same D:/Games/Nesus Mod Manager/Skyrim/ Mods Install info order like NMM or diffrent

my Systemspeac

Win 7 / 64 bit / Professional 6.1.7601 service pack 1 7601

Memory 32 GB

Grafic Titan Black 6 GB

CPU i7 - 4930K 3.40 GHz MHz 3401 6 cores

I'm going to ask the big question.

Is your copy of Skyrim legit? Try validating your game cache files from the properties menu.

If your copy is not legal/legit, NMM has issues with pirated versions.

If it is legal, then this is what I see.

Try running it as Administrator (right-click NMM, choose "Run as Administrator", and confirm when it pops up).

Your Skyrim installation directory doesn't quite make sense, as Steam downloads and installs games to (Installation Drive, either C: or D: usually):\Program Files (or Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim). Try rescanning for the game executable, and possibly post a screenshot as to where it says it's located, that could help.

The Skyrim install path is fine - and very close to what I use ( I just use E:\Games\Steam instead) - This has nothing to do with NMM working.

My NMM is installed to E:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager - it works fine there DO NOT install it in the steam folder or Skyrim folder as it is NOT a steam program and is not a part of the game.

First be sure you have the latest version of NMM - http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/modmanager/?

Be sure you are running NMM with Admin privileges ( NOT the same as being the admin ) http://s1.zetaboards.com/bbenlibrary/topic/4912979/1/

Your system specs are better than mine - also using Win7 x64 pro - and NMM takes just a few seconds to start

Have you looked at the tutorial on how to install? www.youtube.com/watch?v=ClqtmSUsFhg

I have no clue what you are saying here. :psyduck: What are you renaming? And why? And what is "no confirmination"?
