To make it more shiny just take the specular map (the really contrasted blue/pink one; not the 'bumpier" one, which is the normal map) and open the hue/saturation slider (in GIMP; or the equivalent in Photoshop) and slide the brightness slider up to your liking. The brighter the image the more shiny it'll be in-game.
