Wow this is a really amazing mod. Too bad you can't mod the console version, lol. My loading screens are 3 seconds long on PC, lol. And that's only because I moved the game to my HDD. When it was on my SSD it only took 2 seconds to load.

I really like the idea behind this mod and it's a cool animation, but for some reason it always stutters in the loading screens for me so I'll pass on this one.
