Soooo, how I can get in to the thieves guild?
I am already in every other guild(Dark brotherhood, Fighters guild, mages guild and the blades(If we count this as a guild.).
I am lvl 16 myself created stealth class. :ph34r:
Please help me cuz I want to join this guild also!

I found that if you talk to beggars, and give them money untill they tell you extra, one will eventually tell you about it..
but, it will most likely cost you a lot doing it this way..

I think this could be looked on as a spoiler so moving it to spoilers.

You have either to read a poster about the Grey Fox (all over the imperial city) or I think simply steal something.

In the first case you can bribe beggars for more info. In the second the guild will approach you.

Where do they approach you, and is there anything easy to steal to gain entry.

I've heard a slightly different story - you must be caught stealing. Then the guild will approach you, the contact starting off in the Imperial City and heading straight for you. This is only what I've heard - I've not tried this approach yet.

method 1: read a poster and then bribe beggars.

method 2: steal something, and GO TO JAIL, serve time. then wait for 24 hours. you will get a mystyrius note telling you where to go.

Talk to the beggar Simplicia the slow, get her disposition high, she'll tell you where to go. When you are on the quest to get the book to join wait till almost midnight aft er she steals it, then sneak into her house and steal it back, then give it to the guy.

This is odd. I did none of the above in order to meet the initiation at midnight. I simply asked about the Gray Fox from NPCs. Then I literally stumbled across Armand, Methredel and Amusei while walking to my Waterfront hovel at midnight.

Never talked to a beggar, never got arrested for petty offenses. I simply walked past the appointed place at the appointed time, then used Persuasion on Armand in order to get him to tell me about the Thieves Guild.
