OIC. Wow. Either thats the reason why it didnt work for me, or else that's the wrong mod! HAHAHA. Sorry about that bro.
I did however, find a couple of others here on nexus, while I was checking to see if that one was here. I'll take a look for um in the morning, and post back.

ugh! they made hunting for da mods a pain in the BUTT over there on fileplanet.
Turns out that the mods that I saw on here were more akin to personal annoyance remover

I tried the enchantable weapons mod over at fileplanet. Didnt work after patch 1.02.
Your best bet is winter forge. You can pretty much make a weapon or armor exactly how you want it to be in game, and with the latest version, can custom craft your own runes. (You'll still need to step over to sandal to make him happy by putting them on your gear tho).

I tried that as well sad to say it gave me a lot of problems when i imported my stuff in awakening only to found out that mod messed up my awakening armor slots ... didn't figure it out until i uninstall and re-install my game 2 or 3 times it's a pain really then i found out that was the mod that caused all my problems i should have just uninstalled the mod (im soo lame) instead of uninstalling my entire game lol apparently it has something to do with the GDA files in my override folder geeze so now since the staff and bows in game are not enchant able i just use a different mod to put sockets and uninstall them again lol and winterforge XD

I dont use any custom made weapons or armor per say but i do use their properties to imbue my new weapons and armor through winter forge.

I love that mod
