I'm not quite sure if where you dl it at...okay http://www.wowmodelviewer.org/ I'm pretty sure it's legal, if you're thinking about getting it, you might want to look around to check up on things, I believe it's legal as long as you don't edit any files or stuff, but don't take my word checkup around a lot of places to make sure.

Its okay im almost done with the sword Ill have it textured in about 10 -15 mins

Modeling is easy its collision thats difficult for me
