i just found this shrine of a fat squid type thing... and no one would tell me how to talk to it no matter howmuch i paid them the kajjit the just says you have not followed the path .blahblahblah. at first he said he already told me but theres nothing in my journal

any one know what to do ?

You have to be level 20+ and must have completed all the other daedric quests in order to talk to him.

I was about to ask the same question, but I'm glad I was on the right track.. Here's my current problem, tho - How to do the Namira quest now that my fame is around 150 and I have a high personality...? I've tried to drain personality on myself, but that doesn't seem to help...?
