Yes, they change different things. This one changes the race entries to add the optional hairs and eyes, whereas HGEC replaces the female body mesh and texture.

Okay, Success! Ren's Beauty Pack MOD Works Great Now. Here Is What I Did: I Got " Danis13 textures for Rens Mystic Elves by Danis13 and MaboroshiDaikon and SydneyB & Also Check "Nec High-Res Textures by Nec01" [Scroll Down & you Will find Nec Version Of Rens Mystic Elves]...
