I went to Burz, talked to him, got the "Fugitives" quest, traveled to Bravil and talked to the people in the guild there. They, basically, said "We dunno lol, talk to teh ppl" and so I went outside and talked to random people, but the damned topic didn't show up! I've talked to everyone in that crappy town and, besides the Fighter's Guild people, no one had the "Fugitives" topic on their list.
So I read the wiki and tried to find the cave the fugitives are supposed to hide in, but couldn't find it in the game. I also tried to skip the particular quest stage with the console command, but I didn't have the right stage ID (or what ever it's called).
So now I turn to you, I've tried every solution I could think of but nothing has worked.
All help appreciated.
