@Uberman & Xeivous: Ah, you know, I think I'm gonna avoid quests. They just complicate things. I'll just have 'em all attack at once.
!Zprospero: I wish. Especially if they just did the whole doctors' outfit, which would be easier clipping-wise; but no, they didn't.

With the wide variety of Modder's resources here on the Nexus and the inspiration of this image:
I made this (keep in mind that it's not re-textured yet):
With a Plague Doctor's mask I could complete the whole outfit. Would anyone else would have some time to make the mask, perhaps with these modder's resources here as base?:
Armored Mask
Extravagant Masks
Masks

Oh, man, Z! Even with the original textures it looks absolutely awe-inspiring. I mean, geeze... professional quality!
One suggestion? That hat's a wee bit too large. You look at your iriginal image, a bit smaller.
But other than that... my gods, but you're doing wonders!

Well, I didn't make the hat so controlling it's size is difficult, but I agree with you about the size.
I have a variety of hats to experiment with, though.
The whole thing is primarily and mash of various modder's resources.

Well, true, but can't you rezize meshes? I thought that was a simple-ish thing. Ah, well, that's just a thought from the peanut gallery, so ignore it, do.
Anyway, it looks absolutely astonishing.
Is the neckpiece from the wimple mod?
Also, I seem to recall a bird-like mask from a Morrowind mod. Would that mesh be of any use?
EDIT: Actually, maybe you could chop off the front of the Anubis mask and do a bit of remodelling on it. Could that work?

Yes, resizing is easy, but it causes lots of clipping issues. And yes, the head piece there is a mesh from the Nun's wimple.
Probably I can use the existing masks from those resources and edit them. The trouble's not really the beak, it's the face.
Let me see what I can do about hat's first. The one's I'm using are from pale_rider's Hat Collection
EDIT:
What do you think of the size here? I had forgotten I could rotate the hat mesh up slightly to hide the clipping.
