Fighting Fatigue is a mod that will add an immersive feature to Skyrim that should have been there from the start - it will damage the player's stamina when they attack with weapons. It's a lesser stamina drain than power attacks, but you can choose from up to 9 versions through the installer to fit your personal tastes and ideas of how much stamina should be drained.

There are other overhauls and mods that include this feature, but no standalone mod. Fighting Fatigue is that standalone mod.
