How to advance Civil War storyline via console?

Hello there.

 

I have this kind of problem: durin the quest to deliver Ulfric's axe to Jarl Baalgruff, at the end, I have to "wait for Ulfric's orders". This quest-stage ultimately counts as "finished" but Ulfric doesn't talk to me to start the "Battle for Whiterun".

 

It is supposedly caused by the Open Cities mod. I have tried with it, I have tried uninstalling it. I know the soundest solution would be to start a new game without, but for the love of a Hippotethical Absolute, I have 39 lvl already and a lot of hours put into the game.

 

So - is there a way to advance to the Battle of Whiterun quest via console? I figure that once that is done it should work, since it is probably the only one that is more complex - it "builds" a siege Stormcloak camp outside of the city and so on.

 

I've tried SetStage CW03 240 - it finishes the "Message for Whiterun" quest for good, but doesn't start the next.

 

SetStage CWSiegeObj 1 doesn't work - I get message "LocAliasIsLocation >> 0.00" and nothing happens.

and a huegton of mods. But all were set up by LOOT and cleaned by TES5Edit - and up until now, everything worked fine.

 

 

Please help - I would really like to avoid starting the game from the beginning! And thanks in advance.

BUMP. Please help. Actually, I would even be happy to skip SOME part of the civil war questline via console, only to be able to properly finish it by assaulting Solitude.

Google is your friend. The code you used is wrong. it should be CWmission04 which is the mission after the battle for whiterun, not the battle for whiterun itself, and stage 240 does not exist, you want stage 10, which is the start of the quest after the battle for whiterun.
