Elder Scrolls Immersion Overhaul

Greetings, Modding Community, I am LordStoic.

 

I have scoured the Nexus and Workshop for mods, and found many I liked, many I didn't, but none, in my eyes, were the perfect mod for me, a TES fan most my life, and roleplayer. I have decided that the only one who can make that mod happen is myself. Therefore, I am searching for modders to help me in the creation of the most Immersive, Lore-Friendly, Epic overhaul EVER!

 

Anyone interested in contributing/helping, please contact me or speak on this forum topic. I am new to mod-making, and will need all the help I can get.

Which overhauls have you tried? What did you like about them? What did you dislike about them? Which aspects of the game are you looking to overhaul - combat, questing, graphics, survival, gameplay, crafting, roleplaying...?

I am personally looking to make an Overhaul that adds the most immersive, and not game-breaking, aspects to Skyrim. Weapon/armor/mob variants, new radiant quests, and things that just expand the world.

 

Armor variants/weapon variants seem the most upfront things right now. People make mods that add whole new armor and weapons, but what about variants of existing ones? Iron Chainmail Armor? Reverent Dragonscale Armor? Rusted Iron Sword? Jeweled Ebony Mace? Things like that. Certain mobs can have more variety, but one mob (with the recent canon addition of female versions via ESO) I would ask for specifically is Giants.

 

You know, things like that. Any other ideas for an Immersion Overhaul would be greatly appreciated.

Perharps about armors.... there are plate armor with mail under the plate, sleeved armors, pauldron-less armors, mail sleeved armors, steel textures for things like orcish, dwemer, elven, ebony armor, variants of guard armor with metal scales, chainmail and others and countless mesh-ups.

About helmets, there are lots of open faced versions, masked versions,wing-less helmets, hornless helmets, spike-less stormcloak helmets, monk hoods with the mantle, without the mantle( mesh present in the fur hoods mod)

Weapons are hanging around, mostly mesh ups of vanilla ones.

So, taking all that stuff and adding it to game would be awesome, if made with widson, not randomly choices.

Like, with steel orcish gear, the strongholds blacksmiths could sell only this stuff and later the orichalcum.

The lots of hide, studded, scale, fur, scale armors could add some needed variation for bandits.
