Skyrim Can't Load Outside Cells

Hi. I can't seem to load any saves that are outside (I can load games saved inside but can't exit). I am unable to start a new game. I tried giving the game more memory with SSME and uninstalling my enb but nothing worked. Here is my CSV. I have 227 mods loaded but I don't think mods are the issue because I can't load anything in Vanilla anyway. I already checked the plugins list and all the obvious things. I am running Skyre by the way. Thanks ~Ray

Try running, in order, all 3 programs in my siggy, then let me know the result

I have tried all but Wrye Bash. I haven't tried WB because I have no idea how to use it. I will look into WB and let you know. My load order is below.

well i can see some issues that will cause lots of problems when you get higher levels, your load order is out of whack a little bit, let me show you below

When using SKYre and the Reproccer with SKYui this is how the bottom of your load order should look, it will not only save you a LOT of problems as you gain more levels, but it will also let the game make all the changes as it needs to on the fly, better. What I mean by that is SKYre is an overhaul mod, so all of it's files should be at the bottom so that it CAN over haul all the other mods properly. SKYui should be below SKYre files as with a load order it works this way, last mod loaded = precedence, then your bashed patch, then your Reproccer files. Below is an excellent video by Gopher and i think you should watch it, he not only plays games, but also makes mods AND tutorials.
