Thank you for reporting, I fixed it in update 1.2 (there was indeed "4 legs", I forget to delete the base mesh after I convert the skirt - same thing for her feet).

Glad to help.
Another weird thing its the hair under the cloak of MERZUL, the hair doesnt follow the head movements.
Its strange because i tried wig hair mods here in Nexus and the wigs for cloaks didnt have that bug.

I probably missed something with the wig, indeed. I'll look into this! Thanks for reporting.

All the other characters seem to be ok except for Merzul

Can this be used with the German version of Nehrim without problems? If not, will there be a translated version of this mod?

It was already reported by Agiselus and I think Oaristys is taking care of it.
However, I provided a quick fix since my friend also encountered this problem.
He uploaded it in the same thread like the translations.
@Oaristys
I really have to thank you for that overhaul.
Looking for all those assets which perfectly fit into the world, individualize NPCs and putting all together had to be much work.
I also doesn't notice any performance impact.
You absolutely deserved my endorsement!
@Pherim
I've made one inofficially as it was requested by a friend.
He released those ESPs in the thread where he documents the progress of our unofficial german nehrim patch and expansion.
The problem is that this unofficial work is a dependency for those ESPs.

This is an astounding addition, its great that people are still playing Nehrim too, this mod certainly adds to the re-playability to it as well. Must've taken awhile to track down all these resources and go through the game utilizing them wherever applicable, and the changes suit the characters roles and appearances quite fittingly. So in all, fine work.
