Not detecting dedicated graphic card anymore

I have reinstalled my Nvidia graphic driver (same driver as I was using before) but without PhysX and now I am unable to make Skyrim use that card instead of the integrated one. I have tried:

- Manually adding Skyrim to run with Nvidia card in the Nvidia control panel

- Rebooting

- Reinstalling PhysX

- Reinstalling the graphic driver

- Removing Nvidia Optimus Fix (it was already installed)

- Readding Nvidia Optimus Fix

- Starting the game without ENB

- Starting the game with ENB (Wrapper)

- Starting the game with ENB (Injector)

- Starting the game through MO

- Starting the game from steam folder

- Starting the game with SKSE

- Starting the game without SKSE

I don't know what else to try :wallbash: Help? :ohdear:

try deleting this file SkyrimPrefs.ini located here C:\Users\***********\Documents\my games\skyrim and then run the vanilla launcher to make a new one, should work now

Tried that before but it didn't help. Added now MO to run with Nvidia card and it now works. Weird, I'm pretty sure last time I reinstalled the driver I didn't do that... but then, for the reinstall before that, I didn't need the nvidia fix either... my graphic card is learning how to defeat my attempts to make it run Skyrim.
