At the end of the main quest in the imperial city it gets badly damaged e.g temple destroyed; does all/if any of the city get rebuilt?


As they say it will as it is kinda annoying when walking around seeing things half destroyed.

as far as i know it doesn't i think the palace does if its damaged at all. but i know the temple district doesnt.
enjoy the 100ft high dragon statue.
this makes me wonder when i talk to people they say i look just like my statue... where exactly is this statue if it exists at all
