HELP with CTD at load screen

So, as soon as I run Skyrim, it crashes right after showing me the Skyrim Symbol at the start screen. I'll post my Load Order at the bottom, please help in anyway possible, Thanks in Advance! I hope all the info i'm about to post will help as well.(yes I read that "How to Ask for Help Post" lmao)

 

My Specs:

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5 GHz (8 MB Cache)

16 GB SDRAM

2048 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive, 120 GB Solid-State Drive

1-Inch Screen, NVIDIA GeForce GTX770 4GB

Skyrim for me is located C:\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

I have all the DLC's and I use NMM.

I have SKSE 1.7.1

I already sorted my load order with LOOT.

I've just had a similar issue, disabling footsteps.esp solved the issue for me, so that might be the cause. Let me know if that fixed it.

That kind of CTD usually means a missing master file. Run TES5Edit, it will give you an error message with the desired information.

So you have a few extra mods installed. Carefully check all the read-mes.

 

Easy check...Install Wrye Bash...on the mods tab...any mod with a missing master is RED.

 

For grins...Press F3, in the search box type_> requiem ....dame that's a lot of patches....30 mods of this list??

So I went on wyre bash, and i fixed any problems with missing masters, just a couple of patches I had to get rid of. I also removed all the wave file from Realistic water two. Skyrim is still CTDing before the start screen :(
