They're compatible, meaning they can be used at the same time, but they don't work together as far as I can tell. That is to say you can have both mods installed without conflict, but they don't work with each other's features. Honestly, I just use FTG for immersive fast travel to dismissed companions and player homes. With mods like Quick Step, Sword's Dance and Substitution Jutsu, you can really already teleport in combat.
Interesting Naruto Mods!

I think Riddick will like the animations.
If you guys play female characters and want to replace your idles and stuff definitely have a look at what xp32 has done for magic animations and what dualsun has done for basically anything else.

Mod Organizer
Not a mod, but an alternative Mod Installer for those wanting to take their modding to the Next Level.
keeps your Data file directory clean and lessens the chance of an Unstable game by Isolating Each mod to it's own folder, however, to play Skyrim with mods installed through this you MUST run either the tesv.exe or the SKSE through MO, as through some tech-magic it creates a "Virtual" data directory the game can read.
However, all SKSE related plugins need to be manually installed into the actual skyrim data directory, since skse loads those before the MO has a chance to get skyrim to read it's virtually made Data.
Features
MO has several unique features not found in any other comparable tool:
Mods are kept completely isolated from each other -> no more messy data directory (1)
Profiles (2)
Drag&Drop load order AND installation order management
full control over the priority of BSA files (3)
Nexus integration for easy download, installation and update of mods
GUI support for manual installers
partial compatibility with BAIN and fomod installers
Savegame viewer
active required mods from save game
Archive Invalidation
Categorize mods for better overview (customizable)
easy overview of file conflicts
complete help system
Supports Oblivion, Fallout 3, Fallout NV and Skyrim
no dependencies. Just unpack and go
localization (currently: german, spanish, french and chinese)
automatic self-updates
BSA unpacking
Recommended to read through Mod Organizer's Description, as I did not cover everything.
