Brock shakes his head glumly at the small payment.
"Sure, why not.. for whatever 25 gold can buy, anyway."
He casts a dark look towards the investigation party, then follows Alenee back to Suran.
"Anyone catch what language they were speaking?"

Over the hills you hear a deep rumbling noise, unlike anything you've heard before. As the sound washes over you it hurts to think anything but 'what the hell is going on?'
As it fades away into the distance a eerily calm falls over the land.
Without warning dark clouds begin to form in the sky, almost as black as night.
Several minutes pass and a break in the clouds reveals the sky to be a dark purple.
'Has the world gone mad; are you being punished?'
As you approach Suran you see people in a panic. Running in all directions they quickly gather their things and set off on the road to the west, towards Vivec.

Avelyn watches the sky with interest.
"I wish I knew how to command Daedroths..." He mumbles to himself, obviously losing interest in the purple sky, but going back to thinking about the odd man.
"Who do the daedroth follow.... who was it?"

"No idea," Alenee replies, "never heard anything like it. Of course its not really any of my business... we're still getting 'paid' as much at least." The disgust in her voice at the last half is clear. For the next few minuites, her attention is focused on the sky, and she nearly misses the fact that they have reached Suran again.
As Alenee sees the chaos in town, she stops briefly in suprise. Between this and the odd events around them, she is obviously uncomfortable, and more than a bit nervous. "Well, I'd better go check on my stuff back in town... I'll meet you at the inn if you want to drink a few problems off your mind. Well, if there's any town left by then!" Her laugh at this last part is far too much like an attempt to cover her own fears. She turns and runs off in the direction of the inn.

"Molag Bal" Avelyn muttered, listing the names of Daedra.
"Yep. I think that's it. wow. hope I didn't run into him." He chuckled slightly.
His face went from somewhat whimsical to completely dead-scared.
"Bal Ur" He muttered over and over again, almost in a chant.
Avelyn got up and left his roof perch. He tried to find a bookseller that fled.
(if) he does, he searches around looking for a book naming Daedra/temples dedicated to them

As you frantically scour the town for any semblance of order among the fleeing population you notice that not much activity is coming from the temple. As a matter of fact you feel this would probably be the best place to look for anything relating to Daedra at the moment.

"hm. That's odd." Avelyn heads over to the temple.
(first time I think skill's are playing a part now)When he get's there, he opens the door, slowly, and sneaks in. (If) he makes it in sneaking, he walks around the sides of the temple, trying to find where a library might be, whili listening in on conversatiins.
If he makes it in non-sneaking (couldnt think of real word), he demands to know what is going on.

Once you get the door open as stealthly as possible you are shocked to find the temple completely abandonded, as though everyone had simply dissappeared. You distinctly recall not seeing any temple members running out of town either.
Oddly, all light in the temple seems to have ceased to exist except for the small radius' of several candles.

Brock surveys the city before him. Utter chaos. Grabbing a fleeing commoner, he asks, "What's going on? Where is everyone going?"

Avelyn looks around in utter disbelief.
"Heh heh. Hope they left something for good ol' me." He murmered to himself, systematically picking up anything of value or interest. Once he has grabbed everything he can, he heads to the library to try and find something on what might be going on
 Hope I picked up something good.
