So I've recently added Dragon Age Redesigned (love it) and Improved Atmospheres (awesome as well) and I'm not quite sure where my problem lies.

The game is crashing during the load point between the 1st time you talk to Flemeth and returning to Duncan.

I didn't have any problems a few days ago prior to installing both of these mods, and everything had worked great up until this point.

I know its probably not enough information, but any ideas towards a solution would be great.

Nevermind! found the issue,

lied between my dog morph and improved atmospheres, reverted my base GDA back and it worked.
