According to the green pact the elves are not allowed to use wood. Can anyone make this? Or a variant of this?

Have you checked out the Bosmer armor pack? It's pretty good and as far as I remember, it's lore friendly.

According to the green pact the elves are not allowed to use wood...

... from Valenwood. The Green Pact does not forbid them from using wood from trees from other places.
