Okay, everything works for the most part. I started a new game just to test in fresh, pressed J and my journal was made, but I am unable to make a journal on my original save when pressing J. What's the deal? What I mean by this is when I load my save, my journal isn't created. If that can't be helped, that's fine, I'll use the console to just set my skills.

Do you have Pluggy v132 installed? That sounds like a Pluggy issue. You may want to do a clean save of Kyoma's mod to refresh your profile's state. (Save without it active and then re-activate it.)Okay, everything works for the most part. I'll give it a shot, but if it doesn't work that's fine. I've become more attatched to my new Assassin instead of my old one since now I can actually write.
Thank you so much for your help Tom, I'm a noob when it comes to Oblivion Mods.
If I ever have problems with Mods, I'll be sure to seek you out.
Also, thank you to Shadowfen.

When your refresh Kyoma's Journal mod, you have to delete the Pluggy folder in Documents\My Games\Oblivion. It seems like the data gets corrupted through certain situations or something. Someone had to remove Pluggy and that folder in order to get the mod to recover. Their journal had disappeared into the abyss, unfortunately...but the problem was resolved. ^_____^I'll give it a shot, but if it doesn't work that's fine.
