I've been reading through the posts, and I came across a few topics about a Construction Contract.
Now, I ran across some guy who had it, but I don't remember where that was or what his point was. Is this some kind of mandatory thing?

Duke Vadam Van Dren has a construction contract. They are needed for either of the three great house quests. I wont tell you more because that would ruin everything...

Thank you for the information. Since I haven't done any House quests yet, I haven't had to deal with the Contract.
