Great idea but I am lost on how to make this work with Natural Bodies All in One mod.
The converter will not show any of the files in the NBaio/Variants/TF folder so i can't choose the HF_100_d.dds or HF_100_n.dds files to convert. Plus I don't know where to put the OverrideConfig.xml file to make this override file you speak of.
I tried doing it by copying the files but when I use the potion the body is gone.

Second Image: Alastair and three nude chicks (though one of them looks like Jack from ME2)

@FuriousGreg I got a bit further than you, was able to recreate the file structure from NBaio for this, and making defaults for the HN files gets rid of the blank space where the body should be.
The issue I am having is that when I go and change the hands from small to large they are not changing. I am left with the same hands as are set in NBaio and the same issue with the feet.
It must be something to do with them not being properly converted with the program and only being renamed versions of the originals.

@Cheery: Thank you for bringing that up. Should be fixed with v22.
@FuriousGreg:
With the v22 update and the overhauled NVariety Tool, I hope things are clearer now. Please read the readme file and try
@silversteelwolf: Is it really that complicated?

@Scepth: I looked into the Pearl and you're right. This is because More Options at the the Pearl doesn not actually put your party member into the room, but a copy out of the original follower file. I have provided an optional file with altered follower files. Choose the file for the follower you changed and copy it to ...Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\modules\Single Player\override\NVariety. Now they should appear alright in the Pearl.

I still cannot get this to work in game. When I use the potion with my main character, I get the message "maybe you should let someone else drink it" with only the option "noted" to close the menu. None of my other party members can use the potion since it is grayed out when they are selected.

I enjoy using this mod. Now all my women are not the same. I like that the female actually have different body shapes. Could not have asked for a simpler mod to fix the women all look the same issue. Great job and look forward to seeing more from you in the future.
I highly endorse this file.

@ripple: I disabled the potion for the main character, because it changes the character's gender to neutral. This does not matter for companions, as their gender is never checked, but it would screw up any gender checks for your main character, i.e. romance options and personal pronouns.
To your other problem: Did you try throwing away the potion and using the bag of potions to create a new one?

So I did everything and it works, changes the bodies just fine. One problem though is that if the character is wearing Devout Armor (http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=1018) or Dailish Ceremonal Armor (http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=1486), the body goes invisible, if I take the armor off the body returns. I've tried some other armors and robes and they are fine, just only seems to happen on these.
