@FuriousGreg: That happens with all custom armors that do not build on the default ones shipped with the game. There is an easy fix for that, but I cannot integrate it into the NVariety Tool.
If you have the Dragon Age Toolset installed, you can alter the files yourself easily:
For Devout Armor, open Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\Addins\DevoutArmor\core\data\Hierarchies.erf with the DA Toolset. Extract all files starting with 'hf_'.
Rename the extracted files from 'hf_' to 'hn_'.
Open the extracted .phy files in the DA Toolset and alter the line that says hf_3Letters_4Letters_0.mmh from 'hf_' to 'hn_', then save the files.
Copy all files into your Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder.
For the Dalish Ceremonial Armor, do the same. The .erf file to look for is called Materialhierarchies.erf.

Wait, so we can't actually use this mod to change the body of the main character? You could have put that in the file description because I actually spent time going over the instructions again and again thinking the problem was on my end....in fact, did I not ask about the impact this mod may have on main character romance options when commenting about a previous version? Why didn't you mention it then?

@ripple: I didn't say you could, though you might from version 3 on (see below). You did ask about the impact on romance options, but it wasn't clear from your question that you wanted to change the main character's body. Changing the appearance of same race/gender party members still distinguishes the main character from them, although not from nude NPCs of the same race/gender.
At the moment, I'm working on version 3 of the mod, which should allow for a unique body/texture for each follower. I will look into how changing the main character might or might not screw things up. Should be out next week.

This is all that is stated in the mod description:
"This Mod allows you to use two different Human models and skins at the same time. Meaning you can have boyish, trimmed Leliana and buxom, hairy Morrigan (or whatever floats your boat
in party at the same time. However, this only allows for two different Human models, so with more than two Humans of the same gender in party (only possible for Human Female anyway), at least two of them will still be identical."
One would think that the first model most players would try to change would be the main character so players can personalize their characters, no? If this mod, at this time, -only- affect 'NPC companions" (rather than 'whatever floats my boat'), then perhaps the mod description should make that clear.
Clearly, I am a bit miffed (primarily because of the time I spent trying to make it 'work' on my end). As a modder, one of my pet peeves is when players do not read readmes. What is also bad practice is when the statement of intent for the mod is obscure and vague. This is forgivable when the modder does not have sufficient command of English, but that does not seem to be the case here.
Anyways.....I am still interested by your work, and I recognize what you are doing takes quite a bit of work. I'll come back and rate once you figure out how to implement main character body change.

@ripple: Probably a question of perspective. The two characters I've played were EF and DF, so personally I never really thought about changing my main character's appearance - also making the mod I know what it does and doesn't do. So I guess when I wrote the description, it seemed clear enough to me; anyway, I get your point.

This is SO fantastic.
There was a mod that someone was supposedly working on way back in January that did this, but right when they were beta testing everything went quiet and it never was released. Finally someone has picked up the torch and run with it!
I don't know how you're accomplishing this, exactly, so I do have one question: will this ONLY work on party members? Or might it be possible, in principle, to apply it to non-party characters? I thought it might be cool for characters like Iona, or the women at The Pearl, for instance. If you have to design them in specifically then maybe it is too much work, but if the framework is easy enough to simply give people directions on where to put the proper files then it might be a nice option.
In any case, great work!

Awesome Mod! Took me a couple of tries to get it to work, but it was well worth it!
I am using face morphs for Leliana and Morrigan to match the Sacred Ashes trailer, but to my dismay, I had to settle with the same body type for both, even though in the trailer Morrigan appears more buxomly and shorter than Leliana.
Well, no more! Thanks to this mod I can now give them unique bodies to now precisely match the trailer!
Will you release a Leliana's Song compatible version? (I am using your mod to create the unique slender and redhead pudenda for Leliana, while keping Morrigan and other females as large breasted brunettes)

Awesome Mod!
Is it possible to bind the "'Bag of Transformation Potions"
just to the player char? Like some ring or clothes?
Because the first time i didn't read the readme.txt very well,
and i used the bag with one of my companions and then it won't work.
some ingame descriptions for the bag and portion would be nice
cheers

I have a problem like a ripple say - When I use the potion with my main character, I get the message "maybe you should let someone else drink it" with only the option "noted" to close the menu. None of my other party members can use the potion since it is grayed out when they are selected. All solutions used ( To your other problem: Did you try throwing away the potion and using the bag of potions to create a new one?), but stil no luck - any ideas solve this problem ?
