Which mod adds this ability? (Sprint + E = Tackle)

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this at troubleshooting section or not... I just want to know where this ability comes from. Since this isn't a bug or malfunction, I thought it would be fitting for the General Section.

 

This ability triggers every time I press E next to someone after I have dashed for a while. It emits a thundering sound and knocks the NPC to the floor.

 

This counts as an offensive action, which means that I keep getting bounty by accident whenever I sprint to to talk to someone . It's being so annoying hahah.

All the mods I use are pretty popular.

 

Taking away Patches and Cosmetic mods, my mod list becomes pretty small:

Haven't played the new Requiem, but that sounds like the kind of stuff they put in there. Read your mod's manuals.

Turns out it is indeed from Requiem.

 

I have read the manual, but I don't recall it mentioning this feature. (It does mention ways to knockdown enemies and how having High mass makes you harder to be knocked down)

That's why I don't like Requiem.

It adds a lot of great features, and then these bad ones you have to suck up.
