Personal Oblivion Realm

This mod allows you to summon a portal to go to an Oblivion Realm that is a player home.

I like the idea, I wanted to test this but Edgar doesn't have any book for sale...

In response to post #19364839. #19368279 is also a reply to the same post.

I have given my endorsement to this coz I was able to test the spell after stealing the book from Egar's chest. But please, promise you'll fix the mod. Apparently the problem is Edgar can sell spells but not items. Hope it helps. ;)

Also get your first kudos. Because I love the way the portal opens when you cast the spell.

I might move to book to a contianer in an Ayelid Ruin like near the end of Vilverin.

This would be excellent for the 'Servant of the Dawn' mod.

Actually, very cool concept, I like it. I suppose you will be developing the mod further to include more sections to what is now the "Bedroom" and the plane itself. I also saw you have a script for followers, nice. Having said that, I must tell you that I tried every version up to V4 and in all of them the soldiers that are marked with the friendly Script kept attacking me upon entering the realm. I thought it could be a mod conflict or a load order issue and I messed around with the load order and even deactivated the only possible conflicting mod I had that uses Dremoras, but nothing fixed it.
Then I decided to open the file in CSE and found that the Friendly Soldiers in version 2 (which I will be using for the moment) have the Player Faction and the Friendly Faction, but also the Dremora Faction which is marked as being Evil. For the Friendly Soldiers you don't even need the Dremora Faction as they are in their very own world which is supposed to be the player's house, unless you plan on creating a quest for the player to earn the house and what not. Also, in the AI package the aggression is set to 100 which is not good if the player decides to bring companions along.
I've endorsed the mod for I'm confident that you will be working on those issues and it's going to be awesome. For the time being, I'm quite content for I fixed it for my own game. I run a very heavy modded game and find no conflict whatsoever with other mods, game running smooth as ever.
Finally, hey, Thanks a lot.
