Make sure you installed the PCaPP one with the same BV version as what you had installed (BV or BV-ML). Go to BV's plugins and move its esp to optional. At this point you should have a BV esp in your load order that is coming from the PCaPP. If you patched with the wrong one loaded you would have to repatch

I checked the version and it's the normal BV. I moved the esp and i reinstalled PCaPP and there was suddenly the BV esp in my loadorder again.
But the problem is still there

In case it's of any help, here's what's ending up in my final patch: http://i.imgur.com/G7KeTtp.png

I also noticed that a number of other [Quality] items are ending up in there with the same issue of duplication (and the atypical EditorID scheme seen on the circlets), but their recipes seem to be in order at least.

Update Edit: Noticed I was actually missing the WAFR/CCOR compatibility patch, but it looks like that's just altered leveled lists and adding it didn't make any difference to the patching outcome.

Hit the exact same problem. Rolling back to 1.5 'fixed' it for me.

Anyone know what this error is from? Was rebuilding and hitting this with a pretty minimal list of mods:
[22369] [BOOK_PATCHER] Spell Tome: Transmute Mineral Ore: Teaches spell Transmute

[22375] [SUM] Exit requested.
[22376] [DEBUG] Closing Debug File. Time was: 51833

UPDATE: got it patching clean v1.5 and now incrementally adding my mods back in MO and repatching in batches.

UPDATE: Failing my search to find what is poisoning the well. *sigh*

Anyone else seen this error and know its source?
