Changing A Custom NPC in CK, Mod Stops Working

As the title says, I made some changes to a custom NPC in CK, the Loraine mod to be exact. I gave her custom hair and changed her class mostly, added a few spells, etc. Changed the Actor record for her, saved the changes, did the CTRL+F4 to save the changes and saved the mod.

 

And it's broken now. In particular, none of the other NPC's added by the mod will interact with me to start the quest to recruit her. Even though I made no changes to those actors, or even opened up their record on CK. None of them respond in game when I try to talk to them. I've checked the mod in TES5Edit, and I am not seeing any errors. I am at a loss here.

 

So what am I doing wrong that is causing this problem? Is there some step I am missing, or something I am doing wrong that is causing this problem? I'm pretty familiar with GECK from modding FO3/New Vegas, and I've never ran into this kind of problem before.
