mdwimberly Posted October 23, 2014 Share Posted October 23, 2014 Hello Nexus, I've been trying for the past few days to create an NPC follower using Expired’s Chargen and Creation Kit. I’ve followed the instructions listed in Nexus’s tutorial (http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Using_a_face_made_with_Chargen_Extension_on_an_NPC_for_Skyrim), but have run into some problems when I try to export the NPC from CK; I can’t seem to find the exported character files. I downloaded BSAopt and extracted the meshes’ and textures’ .bsa files, and set up folders for both in my data folder. However, when I export the NPC from CK, the .nif and .dds files do not show in either of the folders. Is there anyone who might be able to show me where I’ve gone wrong, or perhaps point me to a discussion where this issue has already been addressed? I apologize for being vague in my description of my problem; I am extremely new to modding, and have absolutely no clue what I’m doing. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
