Editing Armor in Blender = Bright Blue Texture?

I hope this is the right forum for my problem.

Anyway, I'm trying to edit an armor mod (Lustmord Vampire) and whenever I reimport the mesh from Blender, it won't show up with its proper texture but instead it's just completely blank. I've done it several times before with other armors, so I don't know what's wrong with this one.

I'm using Blender 2.49b, Python 2.6.2, Blender Nif Scripts 2.5.8 and NifSkope 1.1.0.

What I've tried before:

1. Opened the Nif files with NifSkope, edited the User Version numbers in the Niheader and removed the BSLightingShaderProperty.

2. Saved and did a Backup before.

3. Opened Blender and imported with these settings - http://wiki.tesnexus...ArmourTut_4.jpg

4. Selected the Armor, changed to Edit Mode and selected the Parts I want to be removed by using the Linked Vertices (Ctrl+L) command.

5. Then I added a new material, switched to Shader Mode, added a new texture with Map Input UV, switched to Texture Buttons, changed the Texture Type to Image and loaded the texture file of the armor.

6. Exported with these settings - http://wiki.tesnexus...ArmourTut_7.jpg

7. Opened the new Nif file in NifSkope, removed everything out of NiTriShape except NiTriShapeData and BSDismemberSkinInstance and changed the Niheader back to its former state.

8. Opened my Backup of the armor and copied the BSLightingShaderProperty over to the newly created Armor.

9. Saved and started Skyrim with said result.

Any idea of what's the problem here?
