Question: everyone asked about compatibility with ENB, but no one asked if Improved water is compatible with Enboost. [checked via the search button if someone already did, to no avail].

ENBoost is a patch of ENB to prevent "Crash To Desktop". This logically needs ENB to run & the problem of incompatibility are the effects of ENB (in this case the underwater fog in IW).

I'm waiting for the new version, too, because this one seems not fully compatible with any ENB. Like in the cases from the very beginning of this discussion, I experience disappearing water after the first time I set foot beyond the shoreline. There's only a circle of water around me in c.a. 6 ft. radius, and similar circles around any living creature. The rest is invisible, and becomes visible only after I submerge, but then it's nearly opaque. That's what happens with ENBs. Without them it works perfect.

You asked about this issue on ATI cards, so my card is an old 512MB Mobility Radeon HD 545v (Samsung) - a pretty unbelievable piece of junk - accompanied by Intel Core i3 370M @ 2.40GHz (another junk) and 4.00GB DDR3 RAM. I currently run a shitload of mods, but I doubt they have any impact (other than extra strain) on Improved Water.

@ Sergio - I definitely will once Alenet completes the new version. But I sincerely hope that demidekidasu comes up with them first ;P

Thank you for the new version, but on my end there's still no luck with IW+ENB.

I went to the water (Waterfront, if it matters) with ENB off. It looks good. (pic.)

Went for a swim. Unerwater everything looks okay.


Went out of the water and turned ENB on. (Cinematic ENB, no ENB booster) With ENB on I see water only in the circle around me. (pic.)

Switched ENB off and water surface again looks good. But now with ENB off I see white underwater, but I can also see plants as well as myself in the 3rd person mode, and it seems like water's shaders do work because the leaves of underwater grass get distorted by the waves. (pic.)

Switched ENB on underwater, and I see white. Opaque milky white.

Thank you for the wonderful work!
Water and DOF worked perfectly,but AO flickers.
But no problem because I don't use AO.
And I don't have Crashes to Desktop.

My GraphicCard is Nvidia GTX760,CPU is 2600k,Memory is 8G.
Used ENB is v181 and Cinematic ENB for Oblivion - New Dimension v3.2 modified.
OSR 4-1-24,iDefaultSpin=3600.iHeapAlgorithm=6,iHeapSize=1024.

The problem with ENB is on the ENB injector, not on IW. That incompatibility cannot be solved.
Use IW effects and not ENB.

Why do you want to use ENB?
