Vepr and Saiga rifles?

Has anybody thought about doing either the saiga (top) or vepr (botton) rifles?

They're russian guns that are basically semi auto AKs sold to the civilian market. I figured since we don't really see enough civilian guns in New Vegas these might be a good idea.

(I probably shouldn't get my hopes up considering the request forums track record :sad:)
