The day before yesterday I installed Service Pack 3 on Windows XP. When I tried to open Internet Explorer it would show the loading mouse icon but the browser wouldn't open. I tried opening Firefox and the same thing happened. I thought if I did a system restore that would fix everything but it didn't. I looked in the add/remove and the Service Pack 3 wasn't there anymore. I tried installing Service Pack 2 but I still couldn't get the browsers to open.
